Are you able to benefit from ECO PRET?

Eco Prêt 0% is a French government initiative to enable people to benefit from a 0% interest loan, so getting necessary work done on property is financially easier.

Many regional banks in France are participants in this initiative.

Eco Prêt 0% is available for properties to finance work to promote energy conservation.

There are three types of work eligible, the one of interest to   BIOASSAINISSEMENTand our clients is:-

Work for improving waste water treatment systems, that are not on mains drainage (Assainissement Non Collective), and do not consume energy to function.

Eg:-  Waste water treatment systems utilising

·        a settlement tank and filtration unit which do not require the consumption of electricity to function.

·       A septic tank and sand filter bed vertical drained

·        Septic tank and zeolite vertical filter bed

                                 To be eligible for ECO PRET

1.                 You must be the proprietor and the property is your principle residence.

2.                The property must have been built before 1990.

3.                You can make an application for only 1 of the 3 types of works permitted.

                                 The maximum that you can apply for is 10,000.00 Euros

*   You need Inspection paperwork off the SPANC (Service Public d’ Assainissement Non Collective) to say the work needs to be done.

*   Contact a Bureau de Etude to perform a soil survey (L’Etude de Sol)

*   Obtain a Devis (quote) from BIOASSAINISSEMENT FREE!

*   Go and discuss your project with your bank
